Baldosa Floja

Is a "Quinteto de Tango" from Munich: Juan José Chuquisengo Piano - Teresa Brunnmüller Bandoneon - Beate Fischer Violin - James Ogle Violin - Achim Arbandt contrabass. Our name means: "loose paving stone", "shaky floor tile" or "stone block". A conspicuousness, a moment of pause, a break in the uniformly shaped ground on which we move. What makes the adult anger about their lost balance is a joy for children: an incentive to play with and try something out. The walkways of Buenos Aires are characterized by the image of loose paving. We musicians combine and motivate a common perception: we dedicate our music with heart blood to tango. Looking at the new, with the classic Tango Argentino as the source of our artistic design. The Munich Tango-Quintet "Baldosa Floja" is made out of love for this expressive dance. For us Tango is a musical as well as a dancer expression of emotional authenticity - deliberately lived individuality. Our repertoire consists mainly of commissioned work on maestros from Argentina - according to our wishes for our specially arranged works. We play arrangements by Norberto Vogel - Buenos Aires, Clives Colla - San Francisco.
